Here's to you Rachel Robinson
Judy Blume

Rachel Robinson thinks her life has to be perfect. Rachel is a average 7th grade girl and a wondeful daugther. In her life there is only one conflict, Charles her annoying big brother. Charles is such a procrastinator, and he's rude. Rachel thinks she has to have everything in order to survive. She really amazes me, how she can obey all the rules. I can relate to Rachel when she has a crush on a 9th grader, but not on anything else. A intresting part in this book is when Charles is annoying Rachel when he embarassed her infront of Jeremy Dragon the dreamy 9th grader. Rachel and Charles are very different, so they don't get along. Judy Blume is a very good author. She uses words to help you understand what's going on. She made me feel like if I was being bugged by Charles. This book has a good resolution, Charles actually acts like a human being! This book has many themes. like love, family matters, and hatred. Blume did a very good job. If you have an annoying brother, this book is for you.
