"Thought I'd comment on two books that I read recently and absolutely loved. Lauren Groff's recent novel Arcadia kinda broke my heart. The main character Bit is a rare creature - an empathic male who doesn't run from crisis, but is the…"
"Yes, I've read it, Miles. I really didn't like it at first - I think I didn't like the main character - but by the time I got to the end, I thought it was a terrific novel.
I've also read the third in the trilogy - The Lay…"
"Hey Miles -
Poetry often makes me buy another round, too.
Seriously, though, I've got a copy of Birthday Letters at my mum's in Rowlands Castle and always dip into it when I'm back home. It was quite a find at a charity shop a few…"
I felt like I was traveling along with you! You have a gift for injecting humor in the right places- the only young person on a coach full of wrinkliesbloody , etc) put me in this moment with you. What a moving tribute. You are a writer!!!"

Here's a short version of a piece I wrote years ago about an outing I took with my grandmother over twenty years ago. I performed it last October at the Portsmouth (NH) Literary Festival in this version.
I just read your play again. It is a really powerful and complex play. In some ways it is about a man who uses this fantasy football league to keep alive his creative childlike imagination, on the other hand it is about this pathetic lonely…"
Easy. Go to the group and click start discussion. There will be a place to write a blurb about your play but under the box you will see an attach file button. Click choose file and locate your play on the computer. Put it on the desktop beforehand if you are not an expert filer. Click on the file and it should upload . Word docs should work and PDF are even better. You can print a word doc to a pdf to convert, but word docs should work.
