Building the Wonder

School started on Monday. It's been an absolute riot to watch the kindergartners wander through our endless halls. The look is the same no matter who they are ... eyes wide, mouths hanging open, and they are are soaking it all in.Sometimes I wish I received 4th graders that had that same look ... eyes wide, mouths hanging open, and they are soaking it all in. Unfortunately, they come to me jaded and "seasoned."Today, I made a decision. I was going to help them with the "kindergarten wonder" look…See More

Can it really be that bad?

We just finished our portion of the state standardized testing. Insert heavy sigh here!
