Melissa,

Join the Creating All STAAR Writers group and you will find it on the home page there under Gretchen's handouts.

Thanks for the kind words.  G and I are here to serve you!

Hello Barry Lane! I just had the pleasure of seeing Gretchen again on Monday in San Antonio. She went over your Elastic Kernel with us and mentioned it is on your Ning. I am looking and cannot seem to find it. Can you help me out? I am still trying to wrap my mind around this Expository Essay. Thank you so much for the years of lessons, advice, and success in the classroom. I have nearly ALL the books the two of you have published. I am a Ba-Da-"head" bang~er!

Andrea,

Well it's best to start by just browsing around and posting a comment here and there if you want. Check out the blogs of the videos or join a group or two. You will learn a lot just by browsing. The only private comments you make is when you send some a message. You will see the send message link beneath their image on there page. All other comments are wall to wall. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out this. Have fun!

So, I am here, now what do I do? As a Ning-novice, I look forward to jumping in and learning along the way.

It's easy and fun, Marcia. We will be posting the discussions as questions.
