Does anyone have suggestions for research papers for seniors using the Discover Writing principles. The Wacky We-search ideas are not suitable for what I need--a full-blown research paper involving notecards, bibliographies, and informatioon synthesized from several sources. In short, a typical research paper!
I thought about using the kernel essay structures to help them get started and figure out their direction for the paper.
I recommend the book, The Curious Researcher by Bruce Ballenger. It's a college textbook but loaded with great ideas for teaching research papers with voice. Bruce is also on this Ning so you can write to him your questions.
